Overseeing the implementation and proper execution of employee.Management of staff employment contracts, training and development, succession planning, staff motivation, culture and attitude developmentTo assist on doing employees performance appraisalsTo assist on recruitment.Assisting on managing health and safety policy at work place.Overall management of the payroll, attendance records, staff annual leave, sick leave, emergency and compassionate leaveTo prepare and maintain an accurate records, files and reports including responsibility for maintaining personnel records of employeesPreparation of weekly / monthly reports.Provide day to day office administrationEnsuring that appropriate business licenses, permits and other business statutory requirements are acquired and met in a timely mannerFacilitate the coordination of travel plans and itineraries for employees travelling
