ACDI/VOCA is currently seeking a Specialist in Behavior Change Communication for an upcoming Service
Learning Corps Assignment in Tanzania. ACDI/VOCA’s NAFAKA project requests volunteer assistance to measure the impact of behavior change campaigns, and determine which messaging approaches were the most effective and successful. The volunteer will develop a survey questionnaire and methodology to capture data, and identify a conceptual and empirical model for the data analytics. This assignment will last for 2 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Ph.D. student or recent graduate in Business or other related program.
• Expertise (work or educational experience) in business, marketing, advertising, or finance

• Proficient computer skills including MS Word , Excel and PowerPoint

• The volunteer should be prepared to live in rural communities without internet and other amenities.
• Previous experience working in Africa is preferred but not required.
