Road Freight Manager

Mission

• To develop the Group's road freight service in Africa.

Accountability & Responsibility Areas.

• Improving existing customer relationships, identifying future opportunities and ultimately growing the service line.
• Ensuring every site across Africa is operating to the same standards and procedures.
• Exhibiting a teamwork mentality and installing the same in your team.
• Responsible for all road freight operations throughout the Group’s.
• Creating and iterating operational processes & procedures to improve the customer’s experience.

• Recruiting and managing a team to create the best road freight set-up possible.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with management, including preparation of thorough weekly reports of all activities.
• Actively support Group’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality vision and values.

• Excellent written report writing skills.
