The National Sales Manager will be required to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth targets of world
renowned brands of wines and spirits.
  • Location: Dar es Salaam - Tanzania
  • Area to cover: Tanzania
  • Customer base to be developed: Off trade, Wholesalers and Stockists
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify new clients and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field
  • 8 - 10 years’ experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
·         Ideal experience should be in the wines and spirits industry
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
