Tanzania Mentors Association is a Non-Governmental Organization with the main goal of
supporting national and international organizations to strengthen governance, programmatic
and fiscal accountabilities with a main goal of reducing poverty to citizen.Tanzania Mentors
Association is recruiting technical staff and supporting staff to implement Public Sector
Systems Strengthening Activity (PS3) a USAID funded program which supports the
Government of Tanzania at both the national and local level to promote the delivery, quality,
and use of public services, particularly for underserved populations.

POSITION: Regional Program Manager (RPM)- Kagera Region

Responsibilities

The RPM will:
• Liaise with the Regional Focal Person on all aspects of PS3 protocol and operations,
• Coordinate with PS3 component technical leads and program Mentors to implement
project activities,
• Provide logistic support for PS3 interventions and events taking place at Region and
LGA levels,
• Coordinate with other key stakeholders including development partners,
• Coordinate and conduct regional monthly meeting to share and agree on
mentors/RPMs monthly work-plans/activities,
• Develop and manage regional event calendar,
• Manage PS3 monitoring and evaluation data collection and entry,
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and technical reports and
• Perform general and financial management functions

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• At least Master Degree in Development Studies, Business administration, Project
Management, Human Resources Management, and Finance or equivalent qualification
from a reputable University
• Working experience with projects for more than 5 years
• Working experience with USAID funded projects will be added advantage
