JOB SUMMARY
(This Candidate will manage Core Lab area(Hematology,chemistry,Microbiology,Histology and Phlebotomy)Including staff planning and evaluation, budget planing, and Monitoring reagent stock with input with the head of pathalogy. In Conjunction with the Lab Management.The Lab Manager will ensure the development and implementation of a laboratory quality Program. This will include planning, Organizing and supervising the quality management systems.These functions should lead to accreditation of ISO 15189 And JCI By SADCAS ,JCIA Or any equivalent body.

QUALIFICATION , KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
-Degree in Medical Lab Science
-Certificate in QMS Training
-Current 3-5 years of experience with a leadership role
-well versed with MS Principles
-Focused and detail Oriented
- Highly Organized and Have Excellent Prioritization skills.
