Job Description of Technical Executive
1. MHub devices configuration and testing.
2. Testing of all features of MZone application and MHub device and its accessories.
3. Test the devices in Mzone after finish the installation.
4. Maintain proper records for Devices, SIM cards, driver keys, Harness cable, GPS Antenna, 14 way cables and driver key sockets details and send the reports on daily basis.
5. Maintain proper records for configuration file versions, features & test reports.
6. Maintain proper records for the user groups, users, vehicle groups, place groups and security groups.
7. Create the routes, places and Geofences in the MZone application and maintain proper reports.
8. Repair & Maintenance of the faulty devices and maintain the proper records and share it on daily basis to field coordinator, customer care and operations manager.
9. Trouble shooting of the devices online or by field visits (if required) in case of any issues reported and maintains proper records.
10. Root-cause analysis for issues and reports submission on a regular basis for continuous improvement of the technical operations.
11. Install the new updates and firmware upgradation to the devices online.
12. Assign the vehicles to the routes if required.
13. Odometer reading changes whenever required.
14. Vehicle transfers in Mzone whenever required.
15. Provide technical training to the new and junior staff.
16. Liaise with Scope support team for any technical queries and clarifications and maintain proper records
17. Suggest and implement any new feature changes or updates for continuous technical improvement of the vehicle tracking.
18. Prepare the consolidated daily &monthly reports and share the information
19. Support to any branch or internal team whenever required.
20. Shall practice flexibility to lend a hand wherever needed.

Qualifications required:
Diploma in any electronics Engineering Experience essential: GPS vehicle tracking & monitoring, GPS tracking device configurations, installations & trouble-shooting. Experience desirable: Handling electronic circuits and tracking device programming. Computer literacy is compulsory. Knowledge required:Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and tracking device programming.
Experience: at least 2 years.
