Main Responsibilities     

Multi task management
Manage all customers requests for relocation and services related
Assist with work permit / resident permit
Ensure that our suppliers/partners are meeting their commitments
Assist our clients in ACCOMODATION search
Assist our clients in settling in and at departure
Assist our clients with all necessary steps for working abroad, compliance with the local legislation of the customer
Report on regular basis to management (sales and activity report )
Understand matrical organization
Update information and feedback to HQ on regular basis from internal IT tools.

Sales Activity
Set up a local sales activity plan
Meet potential customers
Set up and maintain price policy
Develop and growth local business as per the business plan
Launch new services as per required by local customer.

Marketing Activity
Create local marketing plan respecting graphic chart
Adapt marketing tools supplied by HQ
Collect customer feedback
Ensure permanent quality control.

Supplier management
select, screen and identify local suppliers
Agree and sign partnership agreements
Obtain necessary quotes from suppliers
Ensure adequate price conditions
Ensure that all Suppliers invoices are processed, reconciled and handed in for payment.

Qualifications     Knowledge of Real Estate services
Requirements     Project driven, the preferred candidate will be able to RESPECT deadlines, ensure service delivery and commitments to clients, follow up on customers satisfaction once project is completed and will be able to implement new ideas to improve on service delivery.

Reporting and a capacity to evaluate project costing is a must.
IT Skills     Office suite
Experience     With at least 1 year of experience in Customer service with proven track records you have studied in a reputable University. International exposure and perfect communication slkills in English and Kiswahili are compulsory for this challenging opportunity.
