RECRUITMENT SERVICE

HR World is responsible to attract candidates for vacancies and matching them to temporary or permanent positions. HR Word builds positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of our client’s recruitment needs and requirements

The following is the entire recruitment process we use to do from start to finish;

Briefing: HR World is supposed to know your dream candidate including the skills attributes and experience they need to bring to the role together with the job description. Therefore, it’s our responsibility to headhunt for niche roles ensuring you high level talent

.

Sourcing Talent: HR World advertises the given role from client across 10 different outlets using a unique combination of trusted job websites, media channels and social media to ensure the job role is seen by the right people

Screening & Shortlisting: After conducting advertisement the next step is to shortlist all the good CVs and organize interviews with the applicants. Our HR specialists are the ones interviewing the candidates so that they can end up with a shortlist of at least 5 strong candidates. We make sure that we are on hand during the entire interview process offering advice from interview procedures to contract and salary negotiations.

Final Selection: In this section the 5 interviewed strong candidates’ CVs will be sent to our client for the final checkup. If the client is satisfied and interested with the CVs HR World is responsible to organize the final interview at clients’ office according to the scheduled date and time given by client. In case the client is not interested with the cv the recruitment process will be repeated until the client is happy with the chosen candidates.

Follow Up Procedure: The final step is to ensure a happy fit, so six weeks after the appointment, HR World will be in touch with a site visit in person.


OUTSOURCING SERVICES

This is a business practice done by HR World where by the company arranges employees to perform tasks or services on site at the hiring company’s own facilities or at its external locations. It’s advisable to outsource so as to lower costs of your company, improve efficiencies and gain speed.
