Resource Mobilization Intern. 


Reports To:

The Resource Mobilization Intern will report to Grants and Partnership Executive and Hub Manager.


Job Overview:

Ennovate Hub is looking for a motivated self-driven and dynamic Resource Mobilization Intern, who can deliver measurable success and ready to grow his/her career with us.

Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. 


The primary focus of the role is to work with the Grants and Partnership Executive to develop and deliver a healthy progress of the organization, driving excellence application and implementation of Ennovate for Hub programs. 


There will be an opportunity to learn to deliver these programs through different tasks and activities provided daily. The successful candidate will have a chance to work with us, after a successfully delivery of the tasks that will be provided by his or her manager.


List of the responsibilities and duties of this job:

·       Populate and Manage Ennovate Hub Grants Management tool .

·       Lookout for RFAs that are aligned with our strategic direction.

·       Finding the relevant document for references based on the need of the project.

·       Research on different problems facing the community (social, economic and technological problems).

·       Design, write and apply for grant opportunities with the help from Grants and Partnership Executive.

·       Coordinate events/ trainings and provide activity report.

·       Oversee the implementation of advocacy projects and provide activity report.

·       Other task as deemed necessary for the intern.


Qualifications:

Anyone with relevant back ground of the area mentioned or has experience in Resource mobilization or NGO related activities on the related field, creative, open minded and has passion for Tech Business and its transformation in the current era.


Requirements:

·       Anyone with diploma in Project Management, Community development studies or related field.

·       At least some of the experience in NGO based activities, 

·       Should at least have any of these skills: High-level communication skills, Stakeholder management skills, proven ability to negotiate, Conflict resolution, ability to self-motivate and motivate a team, experience working to and exceeding targets.

·       Proficient in Microsoft office, other computer skills will be added as an advantage.


Note: The office will provide necessary needs for the intern over the discussion.


Resource Mobilization Intern interview task:

Organization X and International Foundation dealing with community empowerment and development have issued a request for application (RFA), the call has a budget of 50,000$ for local organization to request for implementation of community development projects, the issues to be addressed are but not limited to the following;

·       Gender equality

·       Empowerment of PLWDs

·       Women`s right

·       Youth economic empowerment


Above are the main areas that will be considered, each organization is required to submit a concept note of not more than four (4) pages and a detailed budget explaining how you are going to utilize the fund. The concept note should state clearly the following;


·       Problem statement

·       Project justification

·       Target beneficiaries

·       Goal and Objectives

·       Activities

·       Expected outcomes

·       M&E Plan

·       Project sustainability plan
