Job description

Work in a fast-paced startup helping smallholders market their produce using ICT. Based in Iringa, Tanzania, candidate must have entrepreneurial spirit and experiencing with agricultural value chain, especially the informal sector. Experience with village based agents and rural development a plus.
Must haves:
Graduate degree in management or related field
Passion for local development
Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
Swahili and English fluency
Data analysis - basic skills
Highly desired:
Experience with ICT for community development
Entrepreneurial experience
Compensation according to experience, starting low and growing quickly upon meeting company milestones
