Business Support Manager, Integrated Services

JOB PURPOSE

The Integrated Services Business Support Manager is responsible for the financial control in the Integrated Services Department particularly in the area of supplier and purchase order control. The person is also required to perform analytical workings and reports for review and suggest any potential cost savings and or inefficiencies that are found while continuously remaining as a team player working towards the overall

efficiency and better optimization of the Integrated Services Department.

Core Responsibilities

Be the single point of Financial ownership for Tigo Integrated Services, including:

Monitor and analyze all costs relating to the maintenance and upkeep of MIC Tanzania facilities
Monitor and analyze vehicle repairs and maintenance costsIn put & retrieval of data, creation of tables and reports for fleet cost analysis
Analyze and reconcile fleet actual cost against the fleet budget for tracking fleet actuals against the

budget
Analyze and prepare monthly reports on facility expenses Advice on areas where facility cost can be reduced
Raise and monitor all fleet and facility purchase orders
Make sure all fleet and facility suppliers are paid on time
Review and verify all fleet and facility invoices to make sure that correct payments are madeAnalyze fuel consumption report and indicate possible areas of fuel fraud/misuse of fuel

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor degree in B. Com Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration or any related field
Preferred accredited CPA.

Minimum 5 Years Work Experience
