Construction Quality Control Executivia

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Senior Manager - Construction Quality

Control at a new luxury hotel and resort based on the island of Zanzibar, Tanzania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 5 professionals: 2 x civil engineers, 2 x MEP and 1 x FFE.

 

Essential:

·  6+ years’ experience in construction quality control;

·  University or similiarly high level qualification in civil engineering, architecture or construction;

·  Mature management style and the proven ability to manage diverse teams, deal seamlessly with a challenging environment and fulfill demanding deadlines

- Full working proficiency in English; Czech or Slovak language an advantage

Other Preferred Skills:

·  Previous experience in the construction quality control of hotels or high-end residential developments

·  Able to manage and motivate diverse, multi-national teams

·  Willingness to travel frequently or temporarily relocate to Zanzibar

·  Successful history with international assignments; previous experience in Africa an advantage
