Description
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.Assisting clients and visitors in finding their way around the office.Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.Provide excellent customer service.Scheduling appointments.Any other work-related duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor.
Qualifications, experience and skills
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili;Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent qualifications.Have strong analytical skills and be capable of solving problems.Good networking skills, sound judgement and the ability to extract, interpret and present information and data.Good time management skillsConsistent, professional dress and manner.Confidentiality and integrityGood public relations skills.Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
