We are looking for a CEO within the construction industry with verifiable year-after-year success achieving revenue,

profit, and business growth objectives within start-up, turnaround, and rapid-change environments to drive effective management of the overall
company operations.

Extensive experience with highly construction knowledge, which require deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets in construction industry; highly successful in building relationships with upper-level decision makers, seizing control of critical problem areas, and delivering on customer commitments. Alongside the Managing Director he will be jointly responsible for effective management of the overall company operations to achieve the budgeted targets and profits.

Typical Role and Responsibilities:

A. STRATEGY AND PLANNING

• Create and develop company’s planning activities and provide leadership and overall guidance in both the administration and operations of the company.
• Lead and oversee all activities of the Company towards achieving strategic plans, vision and mission

B. REVENUE AND PROFIT GROWTH

• Built acquisition pipeline and relationships with key customers. Implemented strong, aggressive marketing strategies with commercial department

C. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

• Prepare and develop plans and programs for the attainment of approved objectives and oversee their implementation
• Led management team in identifying and correcting critical problems; reduced and streamlined overhead expenses, strengthened gross margins, overhauled and improved operating processes and systems.

D. TEAM DEVELOPMENT

• Manage the promotion, development and extension of the business of the Company and protect the reputation and interests while ensuring Profitable operations of the Company

Minimum Requirements:

• 15– 20 years’ experience within the commercial construction environment
• 8 – 10 years’ experience within senior management role
• Engineering degree
• Professionally Registered
• Project Management Certification (PMI, PMP etc.)
