Digital Products Manager


ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop a usage and adoption strategy for the mobile products
Analyse customer behaviour patterns through various parameters to generate insights to increasing revenue and churn forecasting.

Develop strategies to maximise growth and revenue and budgets to support the plans.
Agree activities with the Marketing Manager to enhance usage of the digital channels and develop key milestones to measure progress.

Compile information and customer insights to inform section plans.
Develop a solutions and products pipeline for the digital channel
Work with IT & Marketing to ensure implementation of innovative products and solutions
Liaise with customer services to ensure communication to customers on new products and services
Managing stakeholders across the business to ensure that customers across the various segments that are using the channels have the right level of relationship managers. Work to create alignment between the business strategy and the partners

Brand visibility, loyalty and Market Awareness
Work with the Marketing Manager and develop marketing and campaign plans to grow and increase usage and adoption of the digital banking channel.
Continuously monitor all drivers for the Mobile products and other E-channels revenue including but not limited to product sign up by the customers, query and complaint resolution, product uptime,

Drive Channel profitability
Develop tools and trackers to report and document performance of the mobile products and other alternative channels
Track and monitor the financial impact of new and existing mobile and other alternative channel services and products and the financial performance, including revenue growth and cost containment in order to curb revenue leakage and increase profitability.
Monitor usage pattern of customers using intelligence tools like MIS reports; this is done with the aim of advising the business the viability of the products that are rolled out to the public.
Liaise with partners to support communication to customers on new products and services by providing the product architect, designs and features to be communicated to the rest of the business

Compliance
Interacting with internal and external bodies such as Risk management, Internal Audit, Legal Services regulations and other industry bodies to ensure compliance of all channels

People Management
Builds organisational capabilities through evaluating likely future requirements and ensuring that individuals are provided with the best possible development opportunities in line with these.
Promotes a culture where the valuCes of the Bank are seen to be ‘alive’
Monitors and manages the performance and development of staff within the area. This includes regular one-on-one feedback sessions, conducting mid-year and final performance appraisals, as well as the moderation and relative distribution of all appraisals for the team.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business commerce, Project Management, IT & Computer Science(or equivalent work experience) Master’s degree in the same fields is an added advantage
Years: 3-4 Years’ experience with Exposure to branch banking environment, exposure to vendor management, delivering through others, project management, stakeholder management, Digital Channels, Experience in budgeting, planning & marketing/sales; Clearly understands the strategy, vision and culture of customer channels for Personal and Business Banking and provides relevant and valuable input into realizing these
