SINOTASHIP AIS LEADIING SHIPPING COMPNAY BASED Dar es Salaam. The company operates deep sea trading bulk and multipurpose cargo ship and is looking for high caliber results oriented and experienced Tanzanian professional to join our team for the position below

1. COMMERCIAL OPERATOR



JOB DESCRIPTIONS



· Dealing with daily accounting duties including invoicing payment receipt debt, collections and posting entries to the systems



· Perform full set of accounting duties



· Timely and accurate months end closing



· Preparations of accounts schedule and relevant reports on monthly and yearly as per requirements



· Involving in leasing with internal and external parties



· Assist in other ad hoc duties



REQUIREMENTS



· At least posse ion of diploma /advanced diploma in finance and accounts



· At least 2 years working experience in the related field



· Good team player with ability to work both independently and as a team



· Mature and posses strong initiative good interpersonal skills and communications with different level of people



· Strong analytical skills, self motivated organized and able to multi task and work under pressure







2. SALES, MARKETING AND EXPORT DOCUMENTATIONS



JOB DESCRIPTIONS



· Responsible in sales, marketing and business development of the company



· Identify and develop potential supplier distributer globally to create brand /service visibility



· Manage the implementations of online e-commerce portal strategies and segment that drives improvements in sales rentations and up/cross sales



· Create new booking shipping orders B/L and export cargo manifest



· Develop strategies for content creations and effective distributions to appropriate selling channels



· Set sells target and strategies to reach them



· Report writing



REQUIREMENTS



· have depth understanding on consumers trends in the market



· minimum diploma in sales and business management transport and logistics shipping management and marine transport



· minimum 2 years working experience in sales marketing mostly in shipping management



· posses strong analytical skills for data and make decision based on both qualitative and quantities data



· time management, priority setting presentations skills, problems solving integrity and trustworthy



· experience in sipping business is added advantage



· excellent skills
