DRIVER
To provide transportation services to staff and documentation in a safe, courteous and timely manner to enable effectively implementation of assigned activities in the emergency program area. Generally
responsible for staff and material transportation, vehicle maintenance,
clerical services etc
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT 3 POSITIONS KISARAWE, KIBAHA & DSM
Job Purpose: To manage the corporate financial information system in the
Program Unit and ensure compliance and internal controls are adhered to
in the procurement and payment process. Enhance the financial capabilities of the PU Finance team and communities to effectively manage budgets.
ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR 1 POSITION DSM
Job Purpose: Provides office services by implementing administrative
systems, procedures, and policies; and monitoring administrative activities
at the Country Office. The Administration Coordinator will be responsible for
the management of the office assets repairs, building maintenance, office
safety and security appliances, organizing meetings, visitors hotel and airport pick ups and visas and ensures smooth running of office operations
PROCUREMENT & LOGISTIC MANAGER 1 POSITION DSM
Job purpose: The purpose of this job is to provide timely and reliable
procurement and logistics services and analyze logistics and procurement
information that leads to effective procurement and logistics decisions.
The post holder reports to the Head of Logistics, Procurement and Administration.and is responsible for countrywide management of logistics and
procurement function in collaboration with the Head of Logistics and Procurement.
COMMUNICATIONS AND ADVOCACY MANAGER 1 POSITION DSM
Job Purpose: The Communications & Advocacy Manager coordinates the
Communication processes in line with the Country Strategic Plan to ensure
Plan Tanzania is represented effectively. It is therefore upon the incum-
bent to have a full grasp of Plan Tanzania's strategic goals and programs.
The CM also has to work closely with the Program Unit Manager (PUM) to
understand the different programs & projects at the program Unit. The CM
represents Plan Tanzania at various platforms and promotes the Plan
Brand as a child centered community development organization. The CM
has the role of being the Public Relations Agent of the organization. The
role involves dealing with the media and verifies that all correspondence
J:iy any Plan Tanzania staff member with the Media is per the organization's
policy and standards. The CM's role also includes interacting with the
Communities and ensuring the appropriate messages are relayed.
HEAD OF MONITORiNG, EVALUATION & RESEARCH 1 POSITION DSM
Job Purpose: To lead the development and roll out Plan's M&E framework
and systems to ensure quality implementation of the Country Strategic
Plan. To lead alignment of all M&E from sponsorship and qrants.To lead
on overseeing research to build a strong evidence-base for programmes
and advocacy. \ "
RESOURCE MOBILISATION SPECIALIST
The Resource Mobilisation Specialist will support the
Resource Mobilisation Department to achieve objectives mainly in the
acquisition of grants locally and international across various income
streams. The incumbent will be responsible for leading acquisition efforts
for projects with a total portfolio of up to Euro 1 M. This role will lead the
design of such projects, ensuring of effective coordination with respective
departments (including National Offices where applicable) and where
appropriate consortium formation. Further leading all key grants related
start up processes for new projects within the designated portfolio. Writing
of successful projects mainly within the above portfolio(Euro 1 M) and
Quality assurance to ensure grant proposal projects meet donor require-
ments and Timely submission of projects as well as Support corporate engagement efforts of the department
FINANCE COORDINATOR 1 POSITION KISARAWE
Job purpose: To manage the corporate financial information system at the
Program Unit and ensure compliance and internal controls are adhered to
in the procurement and payment process. Enhance the financial capabili-
ties of the PU Finance team and communities to effectively manage
budgets. Responsible for Cash and budget management, Financial
reporting, Internal Financial Controls enhancement and Field Support
Visit.
