Personal Specifications:
Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in social work, community development or any other social sciences relevant to fulfill the above responsibilities.
- Energetic team player who enjoys working with community structures and members.
- At least three years of progressively responsible experience as a program development professional, with preference for candidates whose experience includes working with NGOs and Faith Based Organizations.
- Preference for candidates that have been employed thus involved in donor funded development programs.

Technical:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point presentation, Outlook and valid driving license
Skills:


The Program Officer must demonstrate:
- Ability to set goals, monitor progress and raise signal when interventions are facing impending risks.
- Very good oral and written communication skills.
- Personal attitude, behavior and appearance that reflect professionalism at all times.
- Ability to work with team members, stakeholders and community members of national communities.
- Able to ride a bicycle and motorcycle.
